B. Serves The Institute of Environmental Technology (IET) as Principal Instructor - 1992 to Present
IET provides continuing technical support by offering a comprehensive source of technical information via the World Wide Web and via selected published information available from the IET Bookstore. IET is sponsored, in part, by Environmental Litigation Associates (ELA), to promote good science and engineering in training professionals for the principal purpose of minimizing unnecessary litigation. IET also provides specialized training programs for M.U.D. personnel, attorneys and related staff.

C. Serves Environmental Litigation Associates (ELA) as Principal Hydrogeologist - 1997 to Present
Mr. Campbell serves in an association of five senior scientists and engineers that provides litigation support and expert-witness testimony to industry and the legal community. The disciplines and services offered by Mr. Campbell and the other ELA Principals include:
ELA also provides industry, consulting firms, and law firms with access to "arms-length" (third-party) assistance in getting to the vulnerable core of technical issues that groups must confront as early as possible in any disagreement. As a matter of ELA policy, ELA personnel engages the environmental field as being multidisciplinary in nature and, for maximum effectiveness, incorporates input from complimentary technical disciplines within ELA when appropriate.
