Environmental / Natural Resource Services
Geology, Hydrogeology, Hydrochemistry and Geophysics

C&A provides the specialized requirements of the petro-chemical, oil and gas, and other industries. C&A also serves Tier I and II environmental consultants (i.e., large national and local groups) by providing an adjunct source of Principal-, Senior- and Project-level hydrogeologic guidance and training via the IET as well as litigation support (both defendant and plaintiff) on RCRA, CERCLA and other environmental projects as part of the ELA Team.

With many years of national and worldwide experience, the personnel at C&A have completed investigations and projects for numerous consulting companies, industry, and government agencies. These projects have also involved management services (senior oversight, project staff augmentation, and project QA/QC for major consulting companies), dispute resolution, as well as other functions and responsibilities in a range of activities involving numerous environmental and geotechnical projects, mining projects, hydrogeological investigations of contamination sources, ground-water remediation planning, design and analysis, ground-water supply and mine dewatering assessments, development and maintenance projects and associated litigation support.

C&A offers demonstrated technical expertise led by the Principal who has maintained professional standards and his reputation over more than 30 years of professional activity in the environmental, water supply and mining fields. C&A has been registered by the State of Texas to offer and perform geoscience services (see Here).

C&A Associates have had many years of professional experience, much of which in association with the Principal. In addition, an extensive network is maintained of additional independent scientific and engineering associates (Environmental Litigation Associates (ELA) capable of providing specialized project support to C&A projects.

In addition, a large professional library, assembled over almost 40 years of professional activity, forms a sound literature base for projects in the U.S. as well as overseas. The C&A Library also holds a number of out-of-print technical books, journals and reports, which support C&A projects when historical background on a particular issue becomes important. C&A personnel are also well-connected to the Internet for up-to-date sources of regulatory and technical information. The Principal and Program Manager serve as primary Editors for the IET Web Resources Portal.

The C&A team has brought extensive experience, proven integrity, and demonstrated resourcefulness during client projects. Using the latest technology and online information gathering and presentation techniques, the C&A team provides clients, industry and Tier I and II consultants, as well as attorneys, strong support in developing optimum solutions for projects and cases.
